- At 3.5 inches it turns tight in the hand, following the curve of an apple or a potato.
- The fine point opens a clean peel and finishes it without tearing the skin.
- Short enough for full pinch-grip control, for cuts a longer blade can't see.
- The core steel is VG-10, heat-treated until the Rockwell tester reads 60 ±2, which keeps sharpening sessions rare.
- The 67 Damascus layers surface as a flowing grain that no two blades repeat.
- Call it 3.6 oz of working weight, the lightest blade in the series and built to stay that way.
The same spalted burl as the rest of the Konoha line, set in a western riveted grip with a steel bolster and end cap.
