Refund & Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully. By ordering from Mabel Bags, you agree to these terms.

Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed
In their original packaging
In the same condition as received

Damage due to personal use

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care. Manufacturing defects are always covered.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mabel-bags.com with:

Your order number
The reason for the return
A photo of the item, in case of damage

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know by email whether it's approved. Approved refunds (including the shipping you paid, where applicable) are processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Defective or incorrect items

Received a defective or wrong item? We'll send you a replacement at no cost. If the issue happens again, you'll receive a full refund.
