Transactions Policy

This policy explains how payments work when you order from Mabel Bags (mabel-bags.com).

1. Currency

All prices on our website are shown in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

2. What you pay

During our current sale, the bags and baskets marked FREE cost $0. You pay only the shipping fee. The total amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is always shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. There are no hidden costs and no subscriptions.

3. Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available).

4. Secure checkout

All payments are processed through an encrypted, secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.

5. When you are charged

Your payment is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code per order, unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be checked for fraud. We may cancel an order and refund the payment if we suspect fraud.
